1-1/2in. Offset Pivots

Offset pivots are available in a variety of configurations and allow for different door mounting and swinging scenarios. Common applications: openings with rabbeted frames; an opening with concealed closer; opening that needs to swing 180 degrees; single-acting door openings. Some pivot sets will need to be ordered or include intermediate pivot and bottom pivot.   The intermediate pivot bottom leaf mortises into the side jamb and door leaf mortises into the side of the door. The bottom pivot bottom leaf mounts on top of the finished floor and the door leaf mortises into the bottom of the door.
